****I was bullied at the 6x schools I went to & even had to move schools because of the bullying! Going to school was the WORST TIME OF MY LIFE & I still have nightmares each night of the suffering I experienced every single day from kindergarten-grade 12! I was left with PTSD, major depression, major anxiety, OCD from bullying from school! I don’t feel comfortable around people my age & the trauma & invisible scares it’s left on me can never be healed! I wish kids, teenagers, teachers, principals would understand the life long effects bullying causes & the life long suffering it also causes! PLEASE STOP BULLYING!! Please treat your classmates with kindness, compassion & don’t pick on kids -because you think they are different/not cool! Your cruelness to them can/will ruin their lives! I was even bashed unconscious/sucker punched in grade 7 -in the year 2000 -25 yrs ago because I was deemed “un cool” because the of music & hobbys I liked -these group of girls -who where my friends/best friends -since grade 2 became my bullies & bullied me because I wasn’t “cool anymore” to them! I moved schools to get away from this group of girls -only to have them show up at sporting events -just to bully/harass me, they’d pass daily threats to me via a friend of theirs at my new school -this went on for 2yrs & only stopped -when I moved to a different state! Then when I was 21 yrs old this same group of girls sent death threats to me on FB, stalked, bullied & harassed me! I’m now 38 yrs old & the nightmares of my school bullying never ends & my suffering continues -it has NEVER stopped -it has affected me so VERY badly! I’m writing this as I really hope🤞a bully reads this & mite truely understand that their actions can cause horrific life long suffering to their victim/victims & I hope they stop bullying!! & also I really hope🤞a victim of bullying reads this & sees that they are not alone!! 

STOP BULLYING!! ESPECIALLY IN SCHOOLS!!
