100 Acts of Kindness
This October, across every one of our centres, children are committing to 100 Acts of Kindness as part of Healthy Harold’s Hero Hundred. From sharing toys and helping friends to using kind words and practicing good manners, our youngest heroes are showing that it’s never too early to make a difference.
Because we believe that kindness is more than just a nice idea - it’s a powerful force to prevent bullying before it starts.
Why Kindness?
Because 1 in 3 children are targeted by bullying, and research shows that early education around empathy, respect and kindness is the key to breaking the cycle. Through the Hero Hundred, we're helping children build the social and emotional skills they need to create a safer, more inclusive community.
